The Newport International Polo Series 6th annual All Charity Day will be on Sunday, July 17, 2022, as a fun afternoon for supporters of dozens of 501-c-3 organizations to enjoy exciting polo action and a convivial outdoor experience to benefit local civic and charitable organizations.  

The classic 6-chukker match will begin at 5pm. Gates open at 3pm.

Nonprofit Organizations are invited to register and plan a day at polo with their supporters, hosted by Newport Polo at the International Polo Grounds. Opportunities to participate are open to qualified 501-3c organizations. For participation guidelines and to register your organization, please complete this form.  Tailgates and Chalets will be reserved for participating nonprofit organizations for hosting their supporters.

The event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.  Admission tickets will be sold in advance by the participating nonprofits listed below (follow a link to support your favorite cause; participating orgs and their ticket sales links will be added regularly.  Please bring your tickets to show at the gate.

100% of ticket sales proceeds are retained by the organizations to support their worthy missions, for the welfare of our community.  PLEASE PRESENT YOUR TICKETS for admission at the entry gates. 2022 Season passes will be honored, and walk-up ticket sales will be available for purchase at the entry gates starting at 3pm.

The annual All Charity Day draws up to 2,000 spectators, raising upwards of $20,000 or more each year, with an average of 20 participating organizations. The summer date has been ideal for festive gatherings hosted by the organizations year after year, creating picnics and bbqs and other fundraising ideas including raffle and silent auction prizes. 

To date, Newport Polo has raised over $1.7 million for civic and charitable organizations during its 30 year history through initiatives including the All Charity Day, the Annual Charity Gala, the Rotary Match and other benefit matches, special fundraisers and countless ticket donations for the Newport International Polo Series.

The Community String Project operates with a mission of providing affordable and accessible string instrument instruction through an innovative music program. CSP serves over 200 youth and students annually, with needy youth fully subsidized. Youth in grades 3-5 have instruction in after-school classes in their schools while grades 6-12 and adults attend classes at our new location in the Bristol Statehouse. Greenlock Logo

Founded in 1989, Greenlock Therapeutic Riding Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501 C (3) organization that utilizes equine-related activities for the therapy of individuals with physical, developmental, and emotional differences. Uniquely, horses are our treatment partners. Greenlock is a PATH Intl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) Premier Accredited Center. We provide Hippotherapy and Therapeutic Riding services to children and adults, as young as two years old, in RI and southeastern MA. We charge substantially less than other programs in the northeastern United States and serve approximately 150 clients per week. San Pancho Animales

The mission of San Pancho Animales is to eliminate animal suffering primarily in the pueblo of San Francisco, Nayarit, Mexico.  We strive to provide education and veterinary services to shape an environment of care and compassion towards animals.
