Seating & Tickets

The Diagram above contains live links to the following ticket/reservation options.......please read the description below, then follow the appropriate link above to view availability for this match and make purchases.

(Please note: ONLINE BOX OFFICE closes at 10:00 AM on game day.  Tickets are also sold at the entry gates, which open at 1PM on game day).  

Here are the three ticket prices for Admission, which correspond to the digram above:

1. Lawn Seats - $12/adult  (kids free up to the age of 15)  for general admission to Lawn seating, Bleacher seating and Tailgate parking areas.  To purchase general admission tickets online, click on 'Lawn Seating' in the diagram above.  Lawn and bleacher areas are available on a first-come-first-serve basis on game day, and cannot be reserved in advance.  Gates open at 1pm/noon in Sept.  Tailgate parking areas may be reserved in advance only (see details below).  General admissin tickets are also sold at the entry gates on game day.

2. Box Seats - $20/person for admission to the Subscribers Enclosure.  To purchase Box Seats, click on 'Subscribers Enclosure' in the diagram above. (2013 Box Seats to be available online soon).  The Subscribers Enclosure opens at 4pm on game day.  A limited number of box seats may also be available at the entry gates.

3. VIP Lounge Day Passes are $50/person for all-inclusive admission & premium amenties including complimentary gourmet hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktails, reserved parking, private entrance and preferred seating among VIP sponsors & guests in the Alex and Ani Positive Energy Polo Lounge on 6/29, 7/13, 7/27 and 8/10, with the possible addition of 8/25 and 9/8 TBA.  To reserve individual seats or a table for 8, please click on 'Subscribers Enclosure' in the diagram above, and then select seat(s) from tables designated with 'T' under the tent.

Tailgate Parking Reservations are $35 per space.  These spaces may be reserved online only by clicking on 'Tailgate Parking' in the diagram above to select specific numbered spaces around the perimeter of the playing field from which you can view the match & enjoy a tailgate picnic with up to 15 people/space.  The reservation of a space does not include admission.  General admission is required for each person (over the age of 15) seated within a tailgate parking space.  Admission tickets can be added to your reservation now or in a subsequent online purchase before 10am on the day of the match or at the entry gates on game day.

Tents
If you intend to bring a tent, please be advised that tents may not be placed in the front row.  Any tent larger than 10’x12’ requires express permission from Newport Polo in advance, as well as an official tent permit from the Town of Portsmouth.

Refunds
All refunds must be requested in writing, via email, at least 7 days prior to that event (by noon on the previous Friday) sent to: agnes@nptpolo.com .  Please include as much information as possible, including your order number and specifically what portion of the order you wish to cancel to be refunded.  The refunded amount will be re-applied to the credit card that was used in the original purchase, unless otherwise noted in your request.  An existing order cannot be exchanged for a different item; it can only be cancelled for a refund, and a new order must be placed for the other item.  In the event of a cancellation of a match prior to its start, (due to weather/field conditions) purchases can be applied to the rain date (next day) or refunded, at the customer's preference.   Our 24-hour Info Line provides up to-the-minute status of the impending match: 401-846-0200 x2.
