Seating & Tickets

ONLINE BOX OFFICE closes at 10:00 AM on game day.  (Tickets are also sold at the entry gates, which open at 1PM on game day).  In the polo venue diagram, shown above, the label of each viewing area is a live link to purchase seating or space within that area. 

Here are the three ticket prices for admission which correspond to the areas identified above:

1. General Admission is $10/adult and kids up to the age of 15 are free. General Admission provides access to lawn seating, bleacher seating and Tailgate parking areas.  To purchase General Admission tickets online, click on the Lawn Seating section above. 

2. Box Seats are $15/person for seating within the Subscribers Enclosure.  To purchase Box Seats, follow the Subscribers Enclosure link from the diagram above.

3. Vanderbilt Day Passes are $100/person for preferred seating in the Alex and Ani (+) Energy Polo Lounge on 6/25, 7/9, 7/30 and 8/13 only.  Complimentary hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktails, reserved parking, private entrance.

Tailgate Parking Reservations
Perimeter tailgate parking spaces are $30 per space.  These spaces may be reserved online only by clicking on the Tailgate Parking link above.  General admission is required for each person seated within a tailgate parking space (over the age of 15) by adding Lawn Seating tickets to your online purchase or by purchasing admission at the entry gates. To make a reservation for a Tailgate Parking space, click on the Tailgate Parking links in the diagram above.

General Parking is free.

Tents
Please be advised that tents may not be placed in the front row; any tent larger than 10’x12’ requires express permission from Newport Polo in advance, as well as an official tent permit from the Town of Portsmouth.

Refunds
All refunds must be requested in writing, via email, at least 24 hours prior to the close of the box office for that event, sent to: agnes@nptpolo.com .  Please include as much information as possible, including your order number and specifically what portion of the order you wish to cancel and be refunded.  The refunded amount will be re-applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise noted in the request.  In the event of a cancellation of a match, due to weather/field conditions, purchases can be applied to rain date (next day) or refunded.   Our 24-hour Info Line provides up to the minute status of the next match: 401-846-0200 x2.
