Immediately following the USA vs. Scotland match, a fitting conclusion to our gala weekend will be the authentic New England lobsterbake by the legendary McGrath Clambake Co.  ‘Baked’ field-side, under freshly harvested seaweed, on a bed of hot coals until cooked to perfection, and served under the polo tent, this annual club tradition is tasty and fun, especially if you like lobstah!  Unique to the New England coastal native Americans, this culinary feast was prepared for the grandest of celebrations and can accomodate more than 100 participants!  Dinners must be purchased in advance online by 8/2.  $50/person.
