Showcase your business on Saturdays at the Newport International Polo Series, now accepting applications for 2023 vendor positions.  From boutique retail, to demonstration/sampling, recruitment and, let's not forget delicious concessions...opportunities abound.  Each season, Newport Polo invites a limited number of licensed vendors that bring unique offerings which add to the polo experience. 

Public exhibition matches take place every Saturday, June - September, starting at 5PM, 4PM in September (View Schedule Here).  Teams from around the world and major U.S. cities compete in thrilling contests against the home team, USA / Newport, drawing thousands of patrons to one of New England's favorite summer attractions.

Opportunities are available for season-long positions or select matches, in a prime high-traffic, high-visibility location:

Vendor Zone:  Located along the western perimeter of lawn seating, beyond the west goal line, at the densely-populated open lawn seating picnic area, with easy access/egress through the Main Gate and along the main perimeter lane that circles the venue.  Ideal for Food Trucks and vendors with branded sales vehicle / mobile unit and/or tent from which to vend.  Apply for Vendor Zone position online.

Opportunities are limited and preference is given to vendors with the most frequent participation.  Frequent vendors often see the most benefit as they become a recognized and anticipated feature at the matches.  Consideration is given to limit one vendor per category for a diverse selection of offerings.  Vendors receive additional exposure to polo audience through print and digital features highlighting venue and amenities, and upcoming events.  Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.  Please email inquiries to info@nptpolo.com.  To view a listing of the most recent Polo Series vendors, visit our Hospitality & Amenities page.
